Today we will focus on the oils that alleviate dry skin. Dry skin is prone to sensitivity due to low supply of lubrication from oil glands. It has parched look and has poor retention of moisture. Chapping and cracking are the most severe types of dry skin. Lines are easily formed and skin looks dull. Avocado oil

Olive oil

Sweet almond oil
Sweet almond massage oil is best for massage recipients having problems with sensitive skin. It is full of vitamin D which is good for the skin. But if you happen to have nut allergy, this hydrating variant of oil is not good for you. You may use apricot kernel oil as an alternative medium for massage.

Evening primrose oil
